UK Satellite TV Installations:
There are 11 subscription free HD TV channels available via satellite, including BBC1HD, BBC2HD, BBC3HD, BBC4HD, ITV1HD and C4HD.
Much better image resolution on a HD TV than a TV rebroadcaster or internet IPTV system!
Satellite Dish Installations in my service area (Calpe to Valencia) :
a 100x110cm (1.1m) satellite dish will work for people with limited space. Standard installation of this dish is from 200 euros.
a 125x135cm (1.25/1.35m) satellite dish would provide better reception and is the “recommended” dish for my area. Standard installation of this dish of from 275 euros.

Can I connect my laptop or I pad to hdmi TV. And get freesat in costa del sol. I have human fox freesat but no uk TV now except sky I have downloaded film on free but it is good on iPad and slow on laptop As I I am a 70 plus technical illiterate. I would really appreciate a reply as I have heard some bad reports about boxes that are now being sold that only last a month
Can I connect my laptop or I pad to hdmi TV – if your laptop or ipad have a hdmi output, then you can use a HDMI cable to link them to a HD TV.
And get freesat in costa del sol – yes you can get freesat in the costa del sol. However, what channels you can receive on Freesat in the Costa del Sol will depend on what sized dish you have. BBC ITV C4s require a very large dish is the CDS
I have human fox freesat but no uk TV now except sky – I hope you mean a Humax Freesat box! The only free SKy channels, that are also on Freesat are Sky News, Pick and Challenge. For any other Sky channels you need a sky box and a sky card and sky subscription.
I have downloaded film on free but it is good on iPad and slow on laptop – one of the problems with filmon – it can be slow, but it also depends on your equipment and internet speeds.
I have heard some bad reports about boxes that are now being sold that only last a month – without knowing specifics I cannot say any more – but boxes (whatever make of boxes they are) should not last only a month…
