If you are losing BBC and ITV in the morning for a few minutes from 10am to 11am then this is normal.

We are currently approaching the time of the year when the sun is directly behine the UK TV Astra 2 satellites, and it swamps the already weak for Spain TV siginals. This means that as the sun passes behind th satellites, you can lose reception of BBC and ITV channels for a small number of minutes.

YOu can see when this is happenng on your dish by looking at the shadow of the LNB on the dish and seeing when the shadoe is in the centre of the dish. This is the indication when the signals mat be lost.

This happens twice a tear. in March tine and in October time.
