BBC to reveal actor who will play the 12th Doctor Who this weekend

The name of the actor who is to play the 12th Doctor is to be announced this weekend, according to sources.
Leaked information is that a special programme on will air this Sunday 4 August.
Entitled Doctor Who Live: The Next Doctor it will be shown at 7pm on BBC1.
The show is going to be filmed in front of a live studio audience with Zoe Ball unveiling the next Doctor. The show will also feature interviews with past Doctors and companions.
