New BBC HD channels being tested:

BBC4 HD / CBeebies HD now testing on 11023 H 23000 2/3
Tagged as 8931 and 8932.

BBC3 HD / CBBC HD now testing on 10847 V 23000 2/3
Tagged as 6951/52

Note : you cannot add these to a Sky HD box, as you cannot input the symbol rate of 23000 into a Sky box!
