“Watch” to rebrand to “w”
Pay TV channel Watch is to rebrand to “w”.
And as part of the channel rebrand, it will also show “Same-day repeats” of Eastenders.
This is due to the closure of BBC Three, which currently shows the same day repeats of Eastenders.
W will also have an EastEnders Omnibus, which was dropped by the BBC after initially moving from Sunday afternoons to Friday nights.
However, viewers can still catch-up on EastEnders after its BBC One showing via the BBC iPlayer.
