Sometimes the old “reboot your router and box” works magic!!!

Q: “I am having buffering issues with channels. What is happening ?”

A: First, check your internet connection or router and restart it.
Check your MAG IPTV box, and restart it.
Increase the buffer in your MAG IPTV box.
If you still have issues, it could be that your ISP is blocking the IPTV traffic. Test your box on other ISP connection.

Q: “Sometimes when I watch an on demand movie it keeps buffering?”

A: Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed, high internet traffic .
Increase the buffer in your MAG IPTV box.
If you experience buffering press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and resume, most of the time that will eliminate the need to buffer.

Q: My MAG box freezes?

A: This sometimes happens if you have a brief power cut, or a brief disruption in your internet, disrupting the “handshake” betwwen the box and your router.
If for any reason your box freezes and you are unable to access any areas simply remove the power
supply from the back of the box, wait 10 seconds or so and reconnect.

Q: What does ‘page loading error’ mean?

A: If your screen shows a message saying ‘page loading error’ there is an issue with your box accessing the internet.
Unplug your internet router, wait 10 – 20 seconds and reconnect. This will take some time to connect back
on to the internet so be patient. Check also that all cables are still connected.

Q: I am seeing a ‘your STB is blocked’ message?

A: If your box is showing the message ‘your STB is blocked’, this usually means that your IPTV subscirption has expired.
