Sony Crime 2 and Scuzz channels close down

Sony Crime 2 and Scuzz channels have close down today, due to low viewing figures and low advertising revenue. The closing down of these channels is on all platforms, including Sky, Freesat, Freeview, Virgin.

The closure of Sony Crime 2 is not really a surprise , since most of its content is broadcast on other Sony channels.

The closure of Scuzz is just another in a number of music channel closures, as music streaming becomes more popular.
