It appears that there are currently some issues with the Electronic Programme Guide on Freesat.
Some Freesat users are reporting “no EPG on most CH5 channels “, or even just a blank screen when selecting the channels.
It appears that most of the users reporting problems are Humax Freesat box users.
But there are no reports on the Freesat “service update” page.
The channels are working fine on Sky and free to air boxes, which shows it is more of a Freesat issue.
