BBC HD Changes – some radio station moved frequencies
Today some BBC Radio stations on satellite changed frequencies, as part of the BBC SD to HD upgrade.
The BBC radio stations
have moved from frequency 10.788 V, 22.000, 5/6, DVB-S, QPSK, which is now clear of any channels, and can now be converted to support the new BBC One HD regions ( West, South West, Channel Islands, and Red Button HD) HD channels due next week.
The BBC radio stations have moved to frequency 12.422 H, 27.500, 2/3, DVB-S, QPSK – the frequency which SD Freesat and Sky boxes will use the SD channels for the next 12 months.
