55cm dustbin lid in calpe no reception
and you are surprised???? 🙂
I have a 1.5 dish and a full sky plus HD package and have lost all of the BBC channels, so I must need at least a 1.9 or larger.
This is in the Torremolinos area, so any ideas out there? .
hi have a look at
https://www.satandpcguy.com/Site/astra_2e_satellite_reception_footprint_uk_tv_spain.php
for reception reports and you may find one near your location.
But yes, your “1.5”m dish is now too small to receive the BBC channels, and you will need larger 1.8 or 2.4m dish to getthem back
I am in Murcia, Fuente Alamo and I can get BBC1 and 2 in the mornings and evenings does that mean my dish is ok but have to look at stronger sky box receiver I have a pace 2600
But not in the afternoons? Maybe your dish needs a bit of a realignment to improve. But you do not state what sized dish you have, so it may be too small, and simply operating on the very edge of its reception. That pace is one of the better performers.
its a 1.40m dish
I have it all day now but keeps breaking up can just about make the olympics out but night time watchable almost perfect
It will be touch and go, according to the reports. Maybe a realignment may help…
Its 8pm clock and I have all channels perfect
