Some SKy channels require a PIN number to be entered before you can view that channel.
This is especially so on the SKy Movie channels, where 15 and 18 rated films are shown throughout the day.
To try and stop underage viewers, a PIN is required to be entered.
Unless you have changed the PIN, the PIN number is the last four digits of your original Sky card.
If you have had previous SKy cards under your Sky contract then you may find that the last four digits of your current card are not the correct PIN number, but that of a previous card. This can be traced by looking at the paperwork that arrived with the Sky card, as that paper work will show the original Sky card number.
If you need to reset the Sky PIN Number, then this can be done by contacting Sky.
