Isolator plug for TDT aerial

I've purchased an aerial for use with my TDT enabled Sony Bravia TV. The instructions mention the possible hazard to the TV if the aerial suffers a lightening strike and recommends the use of an "Isolator Plug". Any info would be appreciated.

Although I have heard of them I have not seen them readily available or used here in Spain.

However, you can get plug extentions blocks which have surge protection for TV aerial (and phone lines) on them.

Such as the Belkin Surgemaster range, which have protections for electrical, phone and TV
