Hi and welcome
Have moved the post to the Sky section where it is more relevant.
Unplug the sky box from the power for a few minutes.
When it reboots it should get the correct date and time settings from the satellite - once it has found the signal.
(you may, depending on oyur location and dish size, have to change the default transponder frequency to help the sky box boot up - note that 12129 can no longer be used http://www.satandpcguy.com/forum/sho...no-longer-work)
If you are getting no signal messages, then the date and time will not update.
So, make sure the signals are coming down the cable OK - try your working box on the cable that may not be working.
Also, try the non working sky box on the cable that you know is working.
At least this may help determine if it is the feed / cable or the box that is having an problem.
Also, Sky+ boxes using one cable can sometimes get confused. They ideally require two feeds. IF only one feed is present, then sometime the Sky+ box may try to use the 2nd feed that is not connected - hence no signal messages. Sky+boxes do not have the "single feed mode" that is available on Sky+HD boxes.
