Advice re areas I should look at moving to.

Hi Everyone,
Im sorry if this has been covered before, but Ive been trying to get information for almost a year without any response. I cant drive which means I need to be close to shops, public transport etc. This is limiting I think. I hope to be somewhere where there are multinational communities as Im sociable, enjoy meeting new people. Im single and if I dont at least look in the right areas it could be a disaster. Plus any useful links or advice about what I need to to be a legal resident. Im aware there are changes re taxes. Im not able to work, but again it could be taxes on property have changed. Have been looking in and around Torreiva(sp, sorry).

I'm truly sorry to hear about the foresst fires around Alicante and hope everyone is safe. I watch Bllomberg TV Channel which has an amazing selection of info. Things are definitely not looking good for Spain, and a solution looks ever more remote... In short the only information Ive been able to obtain all points to this NOT being an ideal time to move to spain. Its disappointing as thro my ill health it was what kept me going.
