Well, if you ahve tried the LNB, and dish alignment then there are only two other options...
The receiver or cabling.
With the cabling you need to make sure that there are no tears or splits in the cable, where water can get in to the cable and cause a short.
Also, the F connections at either end should maybe be checked or redone. Again making sure there are no shorts casued by the outer touching the inner parts of the cable.
I suppose before buying a new receiver, you could alway borrow one from a friend and try theirs on your system...at least that will narrow it down to the receiver or the system. I know that loss of BBC Radio channels on a Sky Grundig box was the first indication that the receiver was starting to go, do to its capacitors starting to fail...
