If you download a program called Expat Shield on your PC it creates a VPN and allows you to get a UK IP address.
So iplayer thinks you are in the UK .This works everywhere not just Spain .

The downside of expatshield is that many people have experienced issues installing it, it crashing often whan being used, unable to connect to the internet once installed, and fed up with the adverts and adware it "allegedly" installs (well they have to make money somehow!).
That said, it is a popular tool to beat the IP address blocking for UK TV iplayer services.
And if you run it on a PC with a twin ethernet cable, you can hook it up to a Sky+HD box and use the BBC Iplayer, ITV Player, 4OD, Sky Player, and Anytime+ services.
