Lost BBC & ITV

Has something happened to the signal for these chanels? Until last night I received all BBC and ITV chanels but this morning the sky box is saying no signal. All the other chanels are ok and our neighbours is working fine. I have a samsung HD box and the dish is mounted on the roof of our aparment block. I don't know the actual size of the dish but it is certainly over 1 metre. Help !

No change in BBC or ITV channels or signals at all.
All are the same as they have been for the last 10 months.

Loss of certain channels, can be down to a number of things: dish size, dish alignment, poor or failing LNB, water in the cables.

But there has been no change in signals for the chanenls you have lost.
