Loss of channels in Benidorm

Hello, I have a 1.4m dish and Sky box living in Benidorm. Through the day I can pick up ALL usual channels even after the change over for some of them. My problem started last night when I lost most of my channels from ITV2 to 4s and 5s and many more. They all returned this morning. Any ideas please? Mick

ITV2 ITV3 and ITV4 have not yet moved satellites - and so reception of these three channels is not affected by any move to the new Astra 2F satellite

But you should be able to receive the Fives - these channels HAVE moved to 2F, but should be easily available on that sized dish in Benidorm

It suggests that the dish is not aligned properly.

Thank you Satandpcguy. I have had a company out recently but I guess the dish could have moved as it is floor mounted and may have been knocked. Although I do have perfect reception through the day on ALL channels. How much do you charge to come and realign a dish in Benidorm?

Dish realignments start from 35 euros...
but not too sure if I can fit you in this week - it is pretty fully booked already, and none of the jobs I currently have are in your area....
