Hi,

I'm in Catral on the Costa Blanca. I have a 1.9m dish and apart from occasion al blips when the position of channels are changed on the satellite I have never had any reception problems via Freesat. Two days ago I 'lost' the EPG guides for More4 and More4+1. I can still receive and watch the programmes being broadcast on both these channels and reception of signals, including EPG's, for all other channels is unchanged. I have tried to 'reinstall' the channels but this makes no difference.

Is there are a problem with this EPG transmission or, with all the moving about to the new satellite, do I now have to look elsewhere for it? - If so, please advise where it can be found.

All of Freesat's EPG data comes from the same frequency. It is only on this one frequency. It is not available on ANY other frequency.

And is on the Eutelsat satellite, and not the Astra satellites, so not affected by the recent satellite changes...yet...

Just checked my Freesat HD box, and all is fine... but earlier to day at a clients house I did see a lot of "information not available" on the freesat EPG...a freesat problem, or a channel problem..no idea
