No tv listing on sky hd box but after a few seconds the channel come on.

i have no tv listing on sky hd box but the channels work great after a few seconds with no break up.
I have tried software update ,check default transponder ,unplugged it for 1/2 half etc still the same this happened after we had a power cut .
Any idea how to fix this please ?

You should always have some listings on the box - as they are downloaded when the box is powered on, and the channel numbers are populated.

But with a single cable, and mini TV on, the amount of information available will be different.

"check default transponder" - the DT should always be 11778 v 27.5 2/3

"this happened after we had a power cut " - which may mean the LNB has issues, or the box / tuner has problems.
