Sky had box not showing single feed mode

Hi I have sky hd box drx890 gone into hidden installer setup menu its. not showing single feed mode ?
It's showing
Lnb type, low band Lo freq, high band Lo freq ,lnb power supply, 22khz comd , them system uptime ?
Where is single feed mode ? What am I doing wrong please as I have no tv listing (epg ) & it takes a few seconds for channel to come on when it does it works fine no break ups ?
It's driving me mad any idea please ?

Services 0 0 1 select, and it is at the bottom of the page.

It is usually between "22khz comd" and "system uptime"

Strange that it is not there - are you sure your box is a DRX890?

Try a manual software update?

OR maybe your box has had the hard dive change - some non standard drives can play silly buggers with the menu systems
