    dish size

    Hi There,
Can you tell me if a 1.4m dish will be ok for the Rijales area as i've not got the space for a bogger dish.
Have had various veiws on this,(ie losing certain channels after 10.30) and would like to know which channels these are and whats the alternative as torresat is getting worse and i'm fed up paying for it.
    Help please!

    Hi and welcome,
A 1.4m dish may just work, but it will be operating on the very limits of its reception.
As such, you may find it may lose the main UK TV channels, such as BBC1,2,3,4,itv1,2,3,4,c4 and Five, late at night.
Although with a sky card (a non subscription freesatfromsky card will do) you should be able to get ITV1, Irish Channel 4s and Five OK on it.
