you do not have to do anything re the canges in the sky package prices....the direct debits are automatically adjusted. there should be no change in your viewing or channels you can receive.
so could be one of a few things:
it could be a card issue. go to sky one, remove the viewing card, wait for the insert card message, reinsert the card, and maybe your sky one will start to work again.
secondly, getting the upgrade message means that your payment for the sky card has not been processed - or someone has downgraded you sky card.
a few months ago, if you got your card from a sky agent and are using / borrowing a uk address from an agent, the agents removed channles (normally apart from the music channels) as this is the agents way in trying to force you to pay your yearly account maintenance fee. in hich case contact you installer or card agent.
you know if the sky card it at a UK address you control as your uk address will get the monthly sky magazine.
