ITV1+1 launches on 1st October

ITV will launch a one-hour timeshift of its main ITV1 channel on October 1. It will be available on digital satellite and run from 10:25 to 07:00 every day. GMTV's programming will not be timeshifted.

Six regional variants will be transmitted: London; "South East Macro" encompassing Meridian and Anglia; "West Macro" encompassing Wales, West and West Country; Central; a single region for Yorkshire and Tyne Tees; and a further single region for Granada and Border.

ITV1+1 will not be available in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands. Channel 3 franchises are operated in these areas by franchisees not part of ITV plc.

I have no indication what frequencies or the availability of this ITV1+1 regions will be in Spain at the moment, but I am sure some form of test signals will be there soon.

there are currently test signals on astra 2b south...testing with just EPG data for ITV1+1 no pictures as yet...

nice and easy for europe....a nice south beam....

but would most likely not be FTA but FTV....ie need a sky card to view....

According to reports ITV have delayed the lauch of ITV1+1 until further notice.
