    Reciving HD Channels

i currently have a Humax Foxsat HD box and so far am happy with it, however I am currently looking to purchase a quad LNB and connecting onto my 1.9 dish, so I can run a second box into my bedroom.

I like the HD content thats available but am not sure what box to get. I have an old SKY box with the blue card but have no address back in the UK to be able to get the new white card. I have been using this box from time to time to keep it working but its beginning to show signs of age and reboots are often needed.

I don't subsscribe to the movies, or sport and am happy with the freesat content, what's the best way forward.

Incidentially the reason for the quad LNB is that this is a shared dish with my neighbour

    Re: Reciving HD Channels

So, if you like your Freesat HD box, then why not go for a Freesat+ box...???
HD and hard disk, and so you can record onto the hard disk, and watch another channels at the same time....
The freesat+ will need two cables from the dish to the box for it to work.

Unless you want to watch the FTV channels thatthe freesatfromsky cards unlock on the sky box..(but you will need to get a new white FSFS card!)
