Sky News and BBC World aerw available on may satellites around the world.
if the people using it are dutch then i ddare say they are using the satelliets at 19.2 degrees.
Sky use the satellites at 28.2 to 28.5 degrees.
you cannot use your sky reciver on their dish if it is looking at 19.2 degrees.
an 80cm in torre will not get you bbc or itv or c4.
you may try service 4,6 but you may find the default transponder used (11778) is not good on an 80cm dish and you will need to set this to another (like 12129 - see my FAQ's ont he main site)
