According to reports Torrevieja has installed a TDT repeater to provide signal coverage for the whole town. The repeater has been installed at the Alto de la Casilla water deposit.

This is in prepartion for the analogue signal switch off, planned for the week 29th March 2010 (ie just before Easter), and ensures that the area is covered yb TDT signal transmissions, as existing mast are not providing complete coverage.
