Itv1 hd on small satellite dish - no longer available!! - is this post correct

I had a man from XXX satellites who came to my apartment to test out his HD reiciver, to my disbelief ITV was on.

Yes the post is correct.
You can not longer get ITV1HD on a small satellite dish.
YOu use to be able to get ITV1 on a small dish on frequency 11973, these are SD ITV1 regions.
But a few weeks / months ago, the ITV1HD channel was moved to a "big dish" frequency.
But the SD versions of ITV1 on this frequency are still there and available on a small dish.

Just because HD receiver gets ITV1 on a small dish, it does not eman that it is ITV1HD, as HD receiver can still receive SD channels.
