there will be a slight loss of signal when it passes through the diseqc switch but not much - reception will be down to how gfood the bigsats tuner is...
does a DiSEqC switch affect signal strengh or quality notably as i would like to combine the signalls from 2 dishes to a single reciever, i´m using a 1.8 prime focus dish (of unknown manufacture) with a 2600c1 and smaller dish for re broadcast reception with a bigsat bs-s 100 reciever, bolth use quad lnb´s.
my intention is to combine bolth feeds to my bedroom and use my technisat 1500 ci for bolth rebrodcast and freesat reception.
also are all switches equal in quality.
your comments and opinions as usual would be greatfully recieved
Thanks Dave
