signal is not locked on sky hd box

my signal is not locked on satelite my bbc hd ,bbc 1 hd & itv hd keep breaking up or no picture every night at about 9.30pm i lose all bbcs itvs itv 2 etc only channel 4 hd & channel 5 hd ok ,does this mean lnb problem or dish moved ? please can you help me ? many thanks

Some things to consider that can affect reception:
Some Sky HD boxes perform better than others.
You dish has moved
Your dish is bent and has been installed incorrectly so is not optimum.
Your LNB is failing
Water ingress into the cable

C4HD and Five HD are on a different satellite to the fta BBC and ITV channels, which is why you can get those channels OK.

The sigianl test screen usually measures one frequency, 11778, which varies greatly during the day. It is entirely possible for this to show not locked, and you can still receive channels on other frequencies.

So, in answer to your question, does this mean lnb problem or dish moved, then the answer is yes, probably. AS I suggested in the other thread loss of channels earlier than usual suggests you may need your dish alignment checked, or your LNB checked and / or replaced, or your cabling checked.
