No EPG

I now have my 1.9 dish and and using my old Grundig (Silver) box but just occasionally when I try to access the full EPG by going to services then all channels I get a message stating 'There are no services of this type available'. Does anybody know why this is happening?

I am looking to get a new digibox as my box is getting old but would not have thought this was causing the problem.

this could be the first sign that the grundig is starting to fail.
it can be (temporarily) solved by unplugging from the main, leave for a few seconds, and plug back in.
