Which High Definition (HD) channels can I receive for FREE by Sky HD and Freesat HD?

You can receive the following HD channels for free:

BBC 1 HD
BBC HD
ITV 1 HD
Channel 4 HD
Channel 5 HD*
NHK World HD
*Channel 5 HD currently requires a Sky viewing card (either aFreesatfromsky non subscription card, or a Sky subscrition card) to watch - the other HD channels mentioned are free to air and require NO SKy card to watch.

All other HD channels currently require a Sky HD subscription to watch.
