ADSL Broadband Internet Companies

Movistar – www.movistar.com – Movistar, also known as Telefonica, is a major Spanish mobile phone and broadband operator. It operates in Spain and in many Latin American countries. It is the largest carrier in Spain with 22 million customers.

Ono – www.ono.es – ONO is a Spanish broadband communication and entertainment company, delivering integrated telephone, television and Internet services to its residential customers

Jazztel – www.jazztel.es – Jazztel is a telecom operator offering triple play services. Jazztel was founded in 1998.

Orange – www.orange.es – Orange España, correctly France Telecom España S.A., is a mobile network operator in Spain. Until 2005 it was known as Amena, when it was bought by France Télécom. Orange España is the third mobile phone provider of the four Spanish providers with 11 million customers

Vodafone – www.vodafone.es – Vodafone España is a telecommunications operator in Spain, founded in 2000. Vodafone is the second biggest cellphone carrier in Spain with 14 million customers.

 

 

 

“WiFi” Wireless Internet Companies

These companies offer internet via wireless technology. Many of the rely on a small antenna on your roof aligned to a local mast. Needless to say, many of these only offer internet in certain areas.

Starlink In Spain

Starlink, SpaceX’s satellite internet service, is now available in Spain.

In general, cities have several Internet service providers (ISPs), with different forms of connection: fiber optics, ADSL, while in rural areas the possibilities are limited or non-existent .

If you are in a rural area, Starlink can become a good option, although it is not a cheap service .
