Notes and terms and conditions:
Our IPTV service is NOT available in the UK. This is checked by use of an IP Address checker. If your ISP is based in the UK then the service may not be accessed. We provide an IP Address checker on the payment page, and so are not liable, nor are you entitled to a refund, if your ISP is based in the UK.
The channel line up can change at any time.
We do not guarantee that all the TV channels supplied will always be available at all times, however, we will endeavour to attempt to keep as many channels available as possible.
The channel line up can change at any time without notice.
The HD channels are provided as an “additional” service at no extra charge. Being HD, and more complex than non HD channels, they may not be available at all times, in which case their non HD versions can be used instead.
We always aim to provide a broad range of channels, and attempt to keep the number of channels available constant.
We do not accept that any change to the channel line up, or channel unavailability, is a cause for termination of service and no refunds or return of goods are permissible due to any changes (for what ever time period) in channel line-up.
We do not own or operate this IPTV system. The content is provided by a third party IPTV provider.
As with most IPTV systems there is a risk that the provider can be closed down without warning or notice. If this happens, then there will be no refunds available.

A CUSTOMER of the services via the online platform shall be entitled to terminate the service, but there will be no reimbursement or right of claim for equipment or installation charges or subscription whatsoever.

After you have paid your subscription you will receive an email with either instructions how to add our IPTV service to your MAG IPTV box, or confirmation of your next renewal date. If you do not receive this email within 12 hours, please check your SPAM email folder. We are not liable for loss, nor are you due any refund, due to your email provider placing our emails into your SPAM folder.

The price for the service chosen is indicated on our website. The CUSTOMER accepts and acknowledges the price is agreed upon at the commencement of the contract term. Any change in pricing will be communicated on thew website.

If the CUSTOMER fails to make any payment on the due date then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available, the service shall be cancelled or suspended.

In addition to the reasons provided above, this contract may be cancelled in any of the following circumstances:
•The CUSTOMER delays payment for the period of more than 7 days.
•The CUSTOMER is not entitled to any compensation or refund or other consideration from the Company.
•The termination of the Contract does not exonerate the CUSTOMER from full payment for the service used, up to the date of termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish Law. The parties agree to submit any discrepancy to the courts where the CUSTOMER is domiciled.

The CUSTOMER acknowledges that the service quality, conditions and the necessary equipment required so that the Service provided by the service should function correctly. The CUSTOMER states that he has in his possession, or has authorized access to and permission to use such equipment for the receiving of the Service, and exonerates the Company of any failures whatsoever, due to the performance of, or poor quality of CUSTOMER provided equipment.

The service cannot be held responsible for service interruption, suspension or removal, either temporary or permanent due to adverse weather conditions or other Force Majeure. For purposes of this agreement, Force Majeure, including Act of God, fire, flood, explosion, riot, war, hurricane, sabotage, terrorism, vandalism, accident, third party failure, internet service provider issues, restraint of Government, Governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, and other similar events that are beyond reasonable anticipation and control of the Company.

The company cannot be held responsible for any changes, additions or removals of available channels.

The equipment supplied carries a one-year guarantee. In case of a fault during the term of guarantee the CUSTOMER is required to return the equipment, with all parts and original packaging, as directed by the Company, in the shortest time possible, all equipment for further investigation and examination. The guarantee shall be rendered void if the Company or its agents identifies or reasonably suspects negligent or inappropriate use as the cause of the equipment failure.


IPTV Speed Requirements

For IPTV in Spain, you will need a stable internet connection of at least 2 – 2.5 meg. This will offer you good quality almost standard definition IPTV streaming. For HD IPTV streaming you need at least a 8meg internet connection. And even then you may only be able to receive the 720 HD standard and not the full 1080 HD standard.

Minimum ADSL / Internet download speed for the SD channels is 3m
Minimum ADSL / Internet download speed for the HD channels is 8m

Note that we have experienced issues with a client using ONO as their internet service provider – so we would recommend that if you have ONO and wish to use our IPTV service, that you consider changing internet providers, to, for example, Movistar.
