Miramar, Valencia, Spain

Miramar is a town in the Safor area in the Comunidad Valenciana, Spain.

Miramar is located between Gandia and Oliva, on the Mediterranean coast.

Neighbouring towns include Bellreguard, Gandia, Guardamar de la Safor, Oliva, Palmera, Diamus and Piles,

The beach borders on various buildings, and sand is very thin and relatively clear colour. Seawater has a beautiful turquoise and quite transparent. The surface of the beach is rather inclined. Near the beach you can eat and drink. The beach is accessible either. You can park your car directly next to the beach.

The economy was based on agriculture and marketing of citrus. The soil is fully realized by irrigated crops, mainly orange.

The tourism sector has received a boost in recent years by having a large and diverse beach hotels and the beach participates in the Plan Accessible Beaches of Valencia, and is suitable for the disabled.

The main fiesta, Moors and Christians, is celebrated during the week on the first Sunday of August.
