Rugat is a municipality in the comarca of Vall d’Albaida in the Valencian Community, Spain

Salem has a population of approximately 500 people. The village has all local amenities, chemist, 3 restaurants, doctor, supermarket, bars, post office. Horse riding and spa facilities, communal swimming pool.

Gandia is the main town and seaside resort which is half an hour drive away, magnificent blue flag beaches and a real traditional Spanish town.

Camping Rugat / Oasis Country Park

The Oasis Country Park is set in woods by the village of Rugat, 15 minutes from Gandia. Camping Natura is located in the countryside at the foot of the Penyes Albes mountains, half a kilometer from the picturesque and charming village of Vall d’Albaida called Rugat.

The Oasis Country Park offers a range of accommodation in caravans, mobile homes and bungalows. All have their own outdoor area, and some have satellite TV and private bathrooms. The bungalows and mobile homes also have their own kitchens.

The town of Xàtiva is about 30 minutes’ away.
