Freeview is a UK only TV service received via a TV aerial.

Freesat is a UK TV service received via a satellite dish.
Freesat is transmitted by three satellites located at 28.2 east.
Channel line ups are roughly the same, both offer the main free UK TV channels.
A TV aerial in Spain will only receive Spanish TV channels (not UK channels) from their version of Freeview.
