In February 2020, Freesat launched a new 4K / UHD satellite receiver, manufactured by Arris. This is the “non recording” version, with a recording version, with 500gb, 1tb and 2tb hard drives, to be released “later”.

In June 2020 I decided to give the box another go, after a firmware update – See this video here where the box became so unresponsive.
In August 2020, the box received another new firmware, so I tried to see if the remote control problem had been resolved : See this video here

In late 2021, Freesat did a large firmware update so I revisit the set up process for this box with the latest firmware. See this video here
