It looks like the sale of SPain Pay TV satellite service, Digital+, is off, yet again.

Potential buyers Vivendi doesn’t want to buy Digital+ because conditions are no longer right for the acquisition.

Digital+ is going through its hardest times regarding its subscriber base. The operator declared two million clients on March 31, the lowest figure since June 2006. So the operator has suffered the loss of 34,000 subscribers adding to the 43,000 loss registered in the second half of last year.
