ITV3 HD and ITV4 HD start testing

According to reports now, ITV3 HD and ITV4 HD have begun testing on 11758 h – a north beam frequency.
Expect them to launch in November.
They are not free to air, they are not free to view, but like ITV2HD will be part of the Sky HD subscription.
