For information : – I have an drone Operator ID via Spanish Aviation Agency (Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea). – I have a A1/A3 certificate for advanced flying, even thought not needed for sub 250g drones. – I have public liability insurance, although not needed for sub 250g drones. – This flight was over public land, so no “landowner” permission required. There was no flight over ANY property, for which you must get the permission from the property / landowners. – Visual line of sight is needed at all times. – As this drone flight was in an “urban” area, as per ENAIRE Drones app, five days notice prior to the flight was given to the Ministry of the Interior. – the ENAIRE Drones app was checked to ensure no other restrictions (eg special nature zones, airports, infrastructure etc) were in the area of flight. – Captured images can be posted online, as long as individuals and residential property privacy is respected.
