Please provide us with as much information as you can, to enable us to provide a full answer to your query. Queries such as “it is not working” can mean anything and difficult to help with without any details.

Do you have any on screen error messages?
Are you having issues with ALL channels or just some – check Sky News, and BBC 1 for example
What sized dish are you using – 1m, 1.1m, 1.25m, 1.8m, 2.4m?
What type of satellite receiver are you using (Sky, Freesat, another?)
When did this issue start occurring?

Note that both the land line and mobile have answer services on them should we be unable to answer your call straight away – such as when we are driving, or up on a roof installing a satellite dish! If you do leave a message, please leave your name and, most importantly, your phone number, as not all phone numbers are registered making it hard to call you back. We answer all calls who leave their phone number as soon as we can.
