Free La Liga matchdays for Sky viewers as La Liga TV announces Sky launch

LaLigaTV is set to launch on Sky on 13th January, exclusively broadcasting all live matches for 2020. (apart from those La Liga matches that kick off in the 3pm Saturday afternoon slot, which will be delayed in the UK until after this blackout)

In a special introductory offer, La Liga TV will broadcast free of charge for all 8.5 million Sky UK TV households, as well as commercial premises across the UK, for two whole matchdays of LaLiga Santander in mid-January.

Customers who sign up will also be given a free login for Premier Player, which allows subscribers to stream LaLigaTV and/or Premier Sports content in full HD at home or on the go.

LaLiga audiovisual director Melcior Soler said: “We’re proud to launch LaLigaTV, our own dedicated linear channel in the United Kingdom, together with our broadcast partner Premier Sports.

“Fans in the UK will soon see why LaLigaTV provides viewers such tremendous value, offering all of LaLiga Santander, all in one place.

“This includes every available live match, plus expert analysis and world-class programming, with daily studio shows, archive footage, features and documentaries on Spanish football, and much, much more.”

La Liga TV will be free for Sky TV subscribers for Matchday 20 and Matchday 21…with the following games…
