I was about to call out my original installer to help sort out my problem with BBC channels going off early, but then I read one of his articles in the Round Town News that he has been unable to
help others out with the same issue. My neighbour suggested I contact the Sat and PC guy, who came around and now, to the delight of my wife, all the BBC channels back, and even the movie channels, that the original installer could not get for me! Many Thanks, great service!

I was very upset. An installer from a local company in Jalon came out to realign my satellite dish, punched some numbers into my Sky box, said use those channels instead and charged me 75euros. My neighbour phoned The Sat and PC Guy, who told him how to add those channels, for FREE!

I was charged over 200 euros by an “installer” who installed a second hand LNB. I was not impressed as it left me with fewer channels than I started with. I contacted the Sat and PC Guy after a recommendation from a friend, who went through the installation with me, pointing out the flaws, and what could be corrected then and there, and things for future reference. He did such a good job, and our reception is o much better, we
don’t need to do anything else.

The Sat and PC Guy is as good as his reputation is. He came, saw the problem, took some measurements, aligned the dish, took further measurements, and improved my satellite

I telephoned you today because a neighbour had a problem with a satellite system and you suggested introducing a new scart lead. I was a bit sceptical because I had swapped scart leads round but no result. I introduced a fresh scart lead (not new because I didn’t have one – that would have been the next move). Anyway, you were right – she is very happy and gave me a bottle of decent red wine which I think belongs to you.

I contacted a “local” installer, and wish I had not. He was not local at all, but came from Torrevieja. The work he did was very poor, and he cost me a fortune in replacing roof tiles.
