  1. I’m viewing on demand, not using an App, and I’ve started getting this at the start of some programmes and part way through others. Sometimes I can see those programmes later in the werk, sometimes not. Meanwhile I can see other programmes on My5 on demand. It’s very annoying, especially as it seems to have been happening for years

    • I think most Freely devices have had some form of software update over the past week or so, which may be the reason you have only just now started to see the error message.
      Why do they not test these things!
